I did Thai boxing for years, its actually how i got into the gym originally. Getting hit in the face isnt as much fun as a deadlift PB though. | ||

Strongman = maximal strength, strength endurance, power mma = strength endurance, power, co-ordination, timing, cardiovascular fitness There is some crossover and with training the other things can be improved on, or may even already be there. It's not beyond the realms of possibility that Ed would make a great mma fighter if he decided to specialise in it. | ||
