hello lads just thought id post my journal ive just started training for p,lifting more used to circut training,anyway ive known tom tbench for a few years now and decided to train with tom,im 19 weigh 80k not to good at bench or squat as im 6f 1, squat seems hard,tom said i did well on d,lift 160k

today was to get my 3 1rep maxes to work out a training plan so tom said Confused

did 90k squat too below parallel
65k bench
160k d,lift

Nice lifts you have there mate, Just a thought, maybe hit the 5-12 reps for some sets to build you a base first, then you can start worrying about pbs and 1rep maxes later on. Good luck

tonys a good mate worker and future relationTongue hes been intrested in the weights for a while but mainly circut stuffTongue he did well today 2weeks ago he tryed d,lift got 130k hasent tryed since whith a bit of encouragment pulled 30k more today,just wanted to see what his maxes were to get an idea of his training weights,icepick yes higher rep range sounds good,anyone got a begginer plan that he could follow bearing in mind the equiptment that hes got to work with,s,rack bench d,bells ez bar.Happy
