to be fair, thats a splendid benchpress !!

deadlift will be up at 180 with sustained effort , keep it up !

cheers boar, ive only just started taking deadlift seriously,i think i will pull a new pb next week Happy. Im definately going to stick at it

122.5 failed attempt. Didn't feel right on the way down so I left it. Also lost my motivation after this Unhappy, had a small break and then carried on.

Wasn't happy with the session at the time but I suppose it wasn't too bad Happy.

155kg was still on the bar from the day before so i thought, sod it, why not have another go.
Without a warm up, stretching etc. lifted 155kg - PB lol

Went into this session with my head elsewhere due to problems the night before!

Lack of sleep, lack of food, lack of motivation

127.5 Fail - worst attempt by far
120 x 1 (Reasonable but wasn't pressed as easy as previous weeks)
122.5 BIG FAIL
115 x 1 (initially was aiming for 3 but the first rep proved too much)

Finished off with half an hour of triceps on the cables.

A demotivating session with not much to take away from it, but I guess we all have those now and again ey?!
