is heavyweight classed as open or is there a super heavyweight class?

Thanks James, congrats on the huge log PR Eek

The classes were
novice

u105
heavyweight so anything over 231 or someone under 231 dumb enough to compete with the big boys!!
AvatarJames

I usually take a week off after a show, and now i know why i'm still so sore and beat up, but if i want to compete with you fish & chip eating freaks i need all the gym time i can get Wink. i wanted to try out the press medley, but i don't own a rail sleeper yet, and are thick db is only 88lb(weak).

Warm-up
160lb logx5, 160lb axlex3
180lb log x 3 one motion, 160lb axle x3
200lb log one motionx1, 200lb axlex1, 150lb kegx1, 88lb thick db

Work

4/2/11--- yoke/stone session

This session started off bad enough, last night was the the rays(that's a baseball team for you foreigners) home opener so i went out last night and got properly drunk stayed out till 5am, only managed 3 hours of sleep then headed out to training, i pull in only find out i forgot my belt and my shoes so i had to use my untied dc skate shoes for moving events lol. enough with the rambling

All sets beltless

Yoke
warm up
330lb-80feet
420lb-80feet

work
510lbs- 80 feet
600lbs- 80 feet
750lbs- 50 feet
800lbs- 40 feet

Stones- i wanted to continue the raw trend so i went tackyless
I hate training stones to height as i don't think it's a strength issue as much as a height issue, but more and more show are going higher so i have to adapt.

220lb stone to 62" a few singles to get the height down

Stone Series no tacky
220lb-62", 240lb-58", 260lb-54", 280lb-50"

312lb(141) stone to 54" a few singles
