Thanks! Just to clarify... I pressed 100 in about February when I weighed around 104kg, I now weigh 85kg ish. If I stepped in right now I may be able to strict press 100 but it would not be a given. 100 is still a PB though.
Did 90kg clean and strict press about three weeks ago which is more than BW so happy with that.

Thanks for reading!

I've just done some googling lol. Middlewood Barbell is your garage that's wicked. I'd definately be up for a session but I am back to Portsmouth soon but I'd love to set something up later on in the year. Could learn a lot from your deadlifts!

Month 1 Week 2
12/09/2010 - New Bodies Gym, Doncaster.

Military Press
60x3
70x3
Took particular care with this since Drew mentioned the differences in pressing techniques. Hence...
80x5 (strict as possible), then did 2 more reps with a slight dip, and one push press so a total of 8 reps but only 5 strict military presses with the 80kg.
Last weeks workout I'll assume to be similar and will edit as such!

Dips x 100
Towel Chins 5xfailure

Good short sharp training, pleased with the pressing, felt a slight twitch in my right wrist but feels fine now.

Award for best exercise of the day goes to the pillock who was doing what can only be described as 'shadow skipping'. The c**t.

Didn't feel like bothering but anyway.

Power Clean
5x10
Deadlift
140kgx3
160kgx3
180kgx5
Should have done more here really but the prescribed reps were 3 so at least I beat that. Would have really been happier with 8 or 10. Oh well.
Good Morning
5x12
Hanging Leg Raise
5x15

Incline bench
3 sets of 15

17/09/2010 - Dockyard Gym, Portsmouth

Front squat
75*3
85*3
100*5 Happy with this and decided to go on with singles even though its not down for this week, especially with a comp on Saturday.
120*1
140*fail. Felt heavy and sank like a brick lol.

Leg press 3 sets of 15
Leg curl 3 sets of 12

Pretty short and intense session felt good. Rest now until the muscle inc comp at the weekend.
