a large fingered spastic that demolishes plant Member 89, 31706 posts SQ 260, BP 220, DL 290770.0 kgs @ 142kgs UnEq | i must admit i have missed 2 seasons of rugby and it has reallt effected my fitness, so is starting back to get it back up and i'm hoping that it will help the straongman stuff, but i'm only training once a week with the rugby as that all i can fit in with the cycle that i'm on now. its good when you bash trough three or four guys its a great feeling | ||
