hows the rugby ? i used to love playing in my school team , the mud and glory !! robs tiger balm takes me back to them days (although the memory is now tainted with ricks confession of rubbing it on his nob)

i must admit i have missed 2 seasons of rugby and it has reallt effected my fitness, so is starting back to get it back up and i'm hoping that it will help the straongman stuff, but i'm only training once a week with the rugby as that all i can fit in with the cycle that i'm on now.

its good when you bash trough three or four guys its a great feelingGrin

I noticed the 190 2 board on the pb chart! Nice one. Pushed me into 3rd spot with little likly hood of reaching 1st any time soon Tongue

147.2kg x 15 felt the skin that o tore on the deadlift two weeks ago start to pull so ruduced the weight

once i got to the log i felt really tire but this was a good session as it has been the first prober one in a month or so

well we used these old weights which were 11.3kgs. the farhers was a wee bit hard as i haven't done heavy heavy farmers for a long time so just getting use to it again

right guy i'm gonna get my titain shorts ( basically hafe a squat suit) taken in i find them fine and tight in the leg but loos in the hip so howmuch would you recommend taking them in by?? 1, 2 or 3 inches

Depends how tight you want them Grin Start with small adjustments, you can always go smaller still.
