Failed, f**ked it completely - basically down to poor word choice, words that have served me well over the months were fairly useless today

5 but should really have been a fail

Got to a point where I couldn’t come up with a word with what I had left so resorted to trying random combinations of what sort of sounded like a word, on my third random combination I struck lucky. I had to look up what the word meant, as had never heard of or used it.
No pride in todays success.

Four for me, but it took a long time and I didn't particularly enjoy it

I did know the word but I have never used it

Today we have a commonwealth heavyweight lifter at the club. He will hopefully inspire one of our own lifters to raise a weight greater than anyone at the club has raised before. As an idle fellow I will rouse myself and cut along to watch this as it would be quite wrong not too, as it has the potential to be rather special.

Monday, 21st November, start 15:30

Arrived at the club at 11 to watch Mack lift, then some nosebag and then trained, all at a leisurely pace of course

Bench
20 x 10
20 x 10
20 x 10
20 x 10
Things are improving but no point taking it further tonight

Tbar rows, these weights in pounds
50 x 10
62 x 10
75 x 10
87 x 10
100 x 10
112 x 10
125 x 10
137 x 10
150 x 10
162 x 10
175 x 10
187 x 10
200 x 10
200 x 10
200 x 10

Facepulls, back to kilos, and never having done these I will start low
15 x 10
20 x 10
25 x 10
30 x 10
35 x 10
40 x 10
45 x 10
50 x 10
55 x 10
55 x 10
55 x 10

Total of seven hours at the club today, and it was cold, rainy and windy throughout but that bothered me little. May go TV hunting tomorrow, something in the 43 - 50" range if I am any judge

5 for me as well. Similar to you with the random combos as I knew what 1345 were but couldn't make a word that I actually knew.

I guessed at the actual word then had to look it up

I'll try one before bed - six today, fairly straightforward but too close for comfort
