Covid comes a knocking. Wife has been ill all week put it down to hay fever did a lateral flow yesterday positive so we all went and got a PCR Sam and the boy (no symptoms for him) are positive I am negative but have to isolate until the 29th, the timing is poor the athletics in tokyo starts on the 30th.
Not had a lot of training time yesterday managed Bench 120x15 120x15 120x12 and 20mins on the erg
Today Bench 60x10x10 and 2x10mins on the ERG.
Also too hot for good sleeps.

Thanks guys, Been a tough week but seemingly past the worst of it. I haven't had a lot of time or impetus for training I have done a bit every day not much to log. I did have a massive shift around in the shed to get the 2 Ergs side by side which I hope will encourage the wife and boy to do some gentle training together at some point. Downside I don't like the racks new position and cannot get my legs fully out for long leg bench.
Today did 1000m for the rowolympics
3.21.0 1.40.5 19spm
followed by 1minute 309m 1.37.0 20spm
Going to do the 2k later in the week maybe 20spm also.
I am convinced Beetroot has stopped me from getting covid.

i am pretty certain i didnt get it due to my wim hoff icebaths - we were all sat eating christmas dinner , breathing over each other and i still repelled it

Thanks, just goes to show how large your sandbag was! The covid has been a bummer but amazingly as "let out" day dawns she has made a lazarus style recovery!

They are some big strong pulls there jt. I’ve been doing some 300s/1 min and my spm is around 24. Will have a try at a lower spm
