This one is impossible without drugs.
Being as strong as you can be,
is very different from,
being as strong as you can be naturally.

If you're not doing it naturally YOU'RE not doing it
PEDs are a great way to assist progression and there are people out there who need them to achieve their goals but I refuse to believe that most people couldnt reach their targets through hard work, dedication and commitment
Having said that I know lots of guys who make plenty of money knocking out these Persian rugs and lots of guys (and girls) who actually enjoy the feeling they get from taking steroids

Haha I am at work and was earlier too so had to cut my post short but I was going to go on to say that drug free I found it impossible to lose bodyweight and gain strength. It's hard enough to do that with them. I also wanted to go on to say that I am still an injured bag of s**t with them, if not worse. I have had many ligament tears while 'on' because they don't keep up with muscles in terms of how fast they adapt.
To answer your other question a 245kg bench is more than I considered myself capable of even with help. Hopefully now my injured/crippled phase is over I will continue to improve on this number.

With all due respect the first part of your post is horses**t. A 10ml syringe doesn't lift f**k all by itself. I still had to spend 15 hours a week in the gym and stuff myself with 10K calories a day and 500g protein per day (a lot of cows were sacrificed so I could bench big) and deal with countless injuries to bench 240kg+ raw! PEDs help LOADS but it was me that benched that PB not a syringe. For every modest level lifter on them there are 20 idiots that take loads, go out on the piss multiple times a week and eat next to f**k all and the majority of these have yet to sniff their first 3 plates-a-side bench. By what you're saying every clown that knows how to stick a needle in his arse would be repping 5 wheels!

My mate at the gym today squatted 105 for 5x5 then asked relatively seriously if he took steroids and ate loads would he squat 240x5 in a year...

I know a lifter that took gear with a 140kg squat max. A year later he squatted 250kg. He did eat loads and gain 30kg bodyweight though.

That is alot, not 105x5 to 240x5 though!

True. And this dude in question is built like Ed Coan, legs about 4 inches long.

And would you say you're a heavy juicer (besides being 130kgs or whatever ha ha)?
Would you say a 177.5kgs increase is a lot or quite the norm for those who actually train seriously?

In the past yes. Abuse to an extent. I had so little in my life back then that PBs were literally all I cared for. Those who know me personally know things are different now.
These days I am on TRT stemming from past use. Basically I don't function normally without it.
Average. A lot on the bench, though, but that seems to be typical. Besides I am not done yet and plan to further increase my numbers

I would say when a lifter jumps 'on' even at an advanced level the initial 10% comes very quickly. I did 290 180 290 within a few weeks of being on. My squat and pull stagnated quick through injury and lack of physio/rehab/stretching.

I will require exogenous testosterone for life mate. This is something one would need to consider before jumping on. There is a possibility your body will never 'bounce back'. The health issues from low dose TRT are negligible at most, IMO. I sit at 130kg and feel healthy on that amount. I could easily be 150kg again on a larger amount. I wouldn't risk my health for a PB these days. A few years ago I definitely would have. Hope this answers your questions...Remember drugs are bad!
I would have talked to Frank but he told me to f**k off

Thanks for your honesty Sam. You don't have to be so honest but it is nice to hear from someone that is.
Fair play mate.
