MMM.... mabie I should have said sport ...not that having a kids isn't ace , coz it is
John , id probably trade all of those to be as strong as I used to be (except the shed bit)

Overall - a pretty good year! Still got 2 days left to maybe increase those deadlift and squat numbers....

• spent from jan - august pretty lean and fit spent most of summer on the running track training
• got fat after that
• squatted 290
• benched 180 x 5
• now trying to undo point 2
really s**t year for sport lol but needed a year off

- wrecked shoulder.
- put 30kg+ on my deadlift.
- bought an eleiko bar.
- did first pl comp.
- grew a beard then shaved it off to start a new one last week.

Did the Midlands u105 with minimal training after quitting strongman. Placed 10th out of 11, but content with performance.
Quit strongman.
Got ill. Delts atrophied.
Regained delt strength via lazy methods.
Had a session at Terry's new gym, which was quite enjoyable.
Continued to tick along lazily.
