Not sure this is valid but its the best one I got on video at 190kg. Did 200kg on the day.

Not valid for the charts, no.

Was this in a comp then? What were the other events/lifts?

-Sandbag Carry and load into tractor tyre over 15-20m - 35kg, 40kg, 45kg, 60kg, 80kg.
-20m rope pull into sled drag (head to head!) - 150kg on astro turf.
-Farmers 85kg - over 40m (head to head weather permitting or individual if indoors, indoors with a turn, outside drag race style)
-Overhead wobble hold! - Oly bar in high rack with suspended tractor tyres on bands, hold at lockout for max time. -50kg bar weight, 9kg tyres - total weight 68kg. (head to head).

I think that's a great event as a bit of variation from squats/deads! What was the winning weight?

That 'Overhead Wobble' event sounds absolutely s**t though!

Would it have counted if I had have remembered to jiggle in the starting position?

A little pain but that could be because I already had mystery glute doms. I think maybe 180 next time with some jiggling first and then I can ruin this thread by using pins

Less pain than you would have got from squats/deads though?

I've become extremely lazy with lower body training, but did force myself to zercher 204 off Argos catalogues a couple of nights ago to keep regression at bay.

Hi John. Off pins is a great exercise (my favourite zercher variant in fact), but isn't relevant for the charts. See page 1.

I zerchered today, second time ever, managed 140, had more but I'm in no rush, I'm going to get accustomed to it and keep bumping the weight up.

To summarise: today I zerchered and felt liberated
