If I do a PB chart there'll be 2 distinct lifts - zercher squat and zercher lift. I'll post demo vids and specify the rules! Happy

Elbow sleeves - fine.
Devices to protect arms - no.
Zercher harness - no.
Belt - fine.
Knee wraps - no.
Knee sleeves - I'll accept.

I'd define "raw" as elbow sleeves only. Purely a pain reliever!

Take barbell from rack in crook of arms, squat to depth, stand back up. I'll return to the benefits question when I'm not posting via my crappy phone...

Yes. On zercher lift you dead lift it onto knees and hook your arms under.
