....kind of. I'm setting goals week by week, and deciding them according to a certain calculated 1rm. For instance this week's 1rm was 200-205ish (though I surpassed that today). Next week I'll be doing sets which equate to 205-210. I just pick whatever reps I fancy and find a weight that comes to around that 1rm. For instance I'll probably do a set of 5, and a set of 8 next week.
no I have not, when is the 94s and 105s? tomoro right?
