180 x 1 (not done this for ages)

100 x 13

Some standing leg curls followed

Training is way down the priority list at the moment so I just did a little benching and worked to 130 x 1 and 2 sets of 10 with 100

All work at the moment - just taking a break from admin stuff to talk nonsense on here!

If it's pound for pound then you're a lot stronger than me - on everything

Some seriously dire "I'm fat and haven't been bothered to train in ages" training

Squats - 3-4 sets of 80 x 3 and the same with 100

Front squats with 60 x 5

Stiff legs 60 x 10

Ab wheel

Some benching yesterday

Did triples at a speed I was happy with around the 110-115 mark for a few sets

Some lighter stuff for lots of reps - I didn't count the reps, 80 and 60kg

Then some rows

Plodded through another thoroughly uninspiring session

Squats to 120 x 5 with belt and sleeves
Stiff Legs to 100 x 8

Did some kettlebell swings (only 20 x 5) between sets of squats

About 5 or 6 step ups per side - left leg is still loads weaker
Ab wheel for 4 massive reps !
Walked with one 40kg dumbell like a suitcase for a bit

Yesterday's benching went:

Paused Bench - up to 120 x 2 and some reps with 80

Then dumbell rows on an incline bench for lots of reps
Then some dumbell overhead press and shrugs - all with a light weight

Squat - up to 140 x 3 with belt and sleeves
Incline paused bench - up to 100 x 3
Top down deficit deadlifts - up to 140 x 3
