Bench pleasing up to 120 x 5 paused
Stiff legged deadlifts not pleasingly failed at 210

Back achey, no sleep and no food - this will be pulled for reps in a couple of weeks I'm sure

Last few days :

Squats I did 145 and 150 (on different days)
Benching up to 120 x 5 and speed stuff with 80
Stiff legs up to 185 x 3 x 3 (pleased with this after the 210 failure)

Back clunky still, shoulder sore still

Squats - up to 90 x 3 for 5 quick sets
Bench - just a light 75 x 3 for 3 sets
Chins - again sets of 3 (6)

Bench - 120 x 3(3 sets)
Stiff legs - 100 x 10(3 sets)

This was last night - lower back decidedly unhappy ! Shoulder likes daily benching - feels loads better

Yesterday's work

Squat

Up to 140 x 3

Bench (long pause)

Up to 120

Romanian deads

120 x 6

Seated press

60 x 6

Today's pre work efforts - about 12 hours after my last workout

Squats

Up to 150 no belt

Bench

Up to 130 paused

Also - no carbs at the moment, strength is so low that it isn't having any impact

My "plan" is to squat and bench as near to daily as my life allows

I shall also do other stuff

I'm going to forget stuff unless I write it down - although it is all very forgettable at the moment

I've had a good amount of time away from proper lifting - I even had a little stint of physio and associated rehab for my back (which has a pelvic tilt from hades)

No new year style resolution - just a push to be better

I'm still working shifts in the old bill plus I have another 2 jobs fitting shutters and blinds (hoping to leave the police)

Yesterday :

Squats - up to 120 x 3 with a belt
Bench - up to 100 x 3 no pause
Tricep bar deadlifts - up to 90 x 3

(As the name suggests, 2 tricep bars loaded and Deadlifted - a poor mans farmers)

Today's :

Front Squats - up to 90 x 3
Seated press - up to 60 x 3
Stiff leg deads - up to 120 x 3

All very comfortable - but not easy
