Went for a 140 pb but utterly failed - did to much before hand I guess 18" Rack pulls 5 @ 60 3 @ 100 3 @ 140 3 @ 160 1 @ 180 1 @ 210 - That was a pb Rick taught me the switched grip technique that resulted in me being able to hold more than 160 without straps for the first time! Pistol squats plus 5kg 3x6 love these! Did some calves work to finish. | ||

Close Grip Horizontal Lying Press 4x6 @ 80 A little something for the triceps as I found the board press rough on the shoulder Chin ups Added a 10kg plate for a 5x5 but missed a rep on the last two sets. Something to work on I guess. Supported Rows 3x8 @ 45 Lateral Raises 4x8 @ 12 Did these cos over head felt gash after benching, s**t did I say bench - I meant Lying press! A good sesh, feeling stronger, must be the Adlington effect. | ||

Box Squat 5x3 @ 120 Missed one on the 4th set due to adjusting my footing mid squat. Good mornings 4x10 @ 80 finished with some calves and ab work. Job done | ||
