Deadlift only Fat Ped *** 302 Aaron Lohan *** 210 Luke C We'll never get a date that suits everyone so after a brief look at the calender Alan's put the peg in the ground for the 2nd Aug for the next OH push and pull at Adlington. Hopefully most of the last bunch will have space in their calenders and maybe a few others will be tempted. Lifts are - 2 hands anyhow OH with barbell - we dont care how it goes up as long as it does. Locked out OH and held = good lift Deadlift - any use of suits, briefs, wraps, shoes permitted. NO straps. 3 attempts per lift. Will leave for a couple of days to make sure it doesnt clash with anything major then enter into the comp register.
