8x152.5 is really good squatting, especially as they are all good and deep.
I would thing a 210 squat is within your range.

I'd say it's average. I've hit a 160 for 8 before with much more ease. I am struggling to do 8s belted, but know i'll do damage without, luckily the period of 8s only has one squat session left! I really do hope I hit 210 at the end of the cycle.

I guess it's all relative, but for a guy claiming a PB of just 190, 8x152.5 is bloody good going!

Verybhard today. No pressing to rest tricep and cumulative fatigue hitting in. Not particularly hard at any point of the lift, just felt hard. Happy with depth, not with ease or form.Squat

Tricep was solid. Did low rep sets to ease back into the weight, but happy to gwt pressing again. Deadlifts felt hard some and easy others, but to be expected. New training split for 2 weeks, followed by a squat, bench and ohp max week, before 8 weeks training focusing on my upcoming competition.

Always mate. Generally friday and monday are my rest days. Deadlifts were horrible, should have been easy weights!!!
