As it was the 137 was a good end and comin back and getting the 140 clean was impressive. Squats? Brilliant up to 170 then you decided to stick your head up your arse. Good 11 PB though  | ||

Snatch: 40kg x 2,2,2 50kg x 2 60kg x 2 70kg x 2 80kg x 2 90kg x 2 95kg x 1 100kg x 1 Shoulders were a bit tight but the movement felt good. I'll get a vid on in a bit. Snatch pulls: 110kg x 3 115kg x 3,3,3 Squat: 60kg x 5,5,5 90kg x 5 110kg x 5 130kg x 5 150kg x 5 | ||
