i know you have a sad face there, but i can see an improvement already!

if your shoulder is goosed, and lack that pressing power maybe jerks are the way to go? Then you would need the shoulders for stabilising more than the actual press.

I am not really sad Joni Happy ...enjoying all my training.. even the pressing!..yeah will try jerking as i get very little out of push press....my push press PB is only 10kg more than my strict press...thanks Happy
