325kg x 1 P.B

Also a P.B Deficit Deadlift.

Bench Press

60kg x 10
100kg x 10
140kg x 10
160kg x 5

A nice light Bench after Sundays bench press competition

Massive guns, blonde hair. Where you been mate?

Loving that deadlift also. Was wondering how the mechanics would work at first, but then you posted a video and put my mind at ease, this is why I like you Mark.

Savage is getting ready for stage on Saturday where he plans to take the crown off Phil Heath and also break the log record straight after. If his foot feels up to it he will then walk all the way home.

It was pretty good as PL comps go . It was amusing really as I joined as a day member and entered the comp then after I hit my third bench someone enlightened me to the fact my lift was a record of some description ..

All I had to do was become a full member at an extra £32 and I'd receive a certificate . I declined BUT I do think I would do one of these comps again actually . Very friendly lads and nice atmosphere, what more do you need ?
