Bench Press 60kg x 10 100kg x 10 140kg x 10 160kg x 5 A nice light Bench after Sundays bench press competition

It was pretty good as PL comps go . It was amusing really as I joined as a day member and entered the comp then after I hit my third bench someone enlightened me to the fact my lift was a record of some description .. All I had to do was become a full member at an extra £32 and I'd receive a certificate . I declined BUT I do think I would do one of these comps again actually . Very friendly lads and nice atmosphere, what more do you need ?
