1x4 @ 110kg (1st rep was a shocker linewise , killed any chance of 5 reps today...still 1 rep more than last time i tried this)

1x3 @ 122.5kg (easier than i expected)
1x1 @ 132.5kg PB (pushpress PB , felt really good apart from taking it back down!)
1xf @ 135kg (fatigued lower back i think , will go soon)

Squat

Cheers m8 , the hardest thing i find with fronties is keeping it on my delts.

Close Grip Bench Press
1x15 @ 20kg
1x10 @ 40kg
1x5 @ 60kg
1x5 @ 80kg
1x5 @ 100kg
1x5 @ 110kg
1x5 @ 120kg (all paused)
1x5 @ 132.5kg (all paused)

Deadlift
1x5 @ 100kg
1x5 @ 140kg
1x5 @ 180kg
1x3 @ 200kg (rib was niggling tonight)
1x1 @ 220kg (slow and s**t? nursing mode)
1x1 @ 240kg (same, head forcing me to hold back)
1x1 @ 240kg
1x5 @ 260kg (tiger balm cured the slow deliberate pulling,i dont think 260for5 felt so easy the previous times i have done it)

Bent Over Rows
1x10 @ 60kg
1x5 @ 80kg
1x5 @ 100kg
1x5 @ 120kg
1x5 @ 140kg
1x5 @ 165kg (form was ropey on last 2 , maybe a bit heavy now for rows)

Held back on the benching , want my overhead work to be the priority for the next wee while.Deadlifting feels strong as hell , if only i can get it so the rib is not playing on my mind then the future will be bright with that lift!

Squatting is becoming really hard , i dunno if thats down to me reintroducing deadlifts , or if its just that i am nearing my limit! Really happy with log , all my warmups felt lacklustre and strict more than a pushpress , but once o got to top weight it went up anyways Wink

Awesome log press bud, 225kg for 5 on squats ain't too bad either, looking proper strong right across the board at the minute.

Thanks , happy to get a little movement on the log , i really think theres more there still if i can just get some coordination.

Heaviest 5 set of the year on deads , glad to be finally back up near where i was last year before the groin strain.

Looking strong bud, gotta be pretty much at your pre injury best on deadlift, what is your best ever 5rm on deadlift.

Hoping to get a chance to see how you fare against the opens next year.

I peaked at 272.5kg for 5 last year m8. The last rep today was tough but i didnt have to hitch any so its promising.

Good stuff, stuart murray was texting me the other day saying details for next years 105s will be confirmed tomorrow so hopefully we'll know what to train for then.
