Pre season workouts been good!!

11.02.11 Deadlift.

Deads:

5 x 60kg,
5 x 100kg,
5 x 140kg,
3 x 200kg,
3 x 5 x 232,5kg

Ab's on a cable machine:

3 x 12

Sitting row's:

3 x 12

That was it for friday nights fever..
Didn't complete 5 x 5 in deads because I tore my hand.
Pisses me off because I know that I could have been able to complete those sets but because my hand tore from the center I couldn't even pull it to the end with straps.
Well..luckily it didn't went too bad considering I'm going to events on Tuesday.

Circus dumbell:

2xR/L-58kg
2xR/L-64kg
3xR,1xL-75kg

Short one again..
Cutted my other hand because of a metal peace on the dumbell's side so I couldn't do anymore of anything because the blood didn't stop dripping..
Yoke wasn't good..dumbell was ok!!

Crosstrainer:

10min.

Treadmill (walking):

10min. (10min./km)

Stretching 30min.

It was about time to start doing some cardio..but it was fun and same time useful!
Supposed to do squat tommorrow..we'll see what comes of it.

3 x 180kg,
1 x 200kg,
1 x 210kg,
3 x 210kg

Situps:

3 x 10

Legs felt pretty sore from the events so the double 5's were merely a dream..

18.02.2011

Bench:

2 x 10 x 60kg,
10 x 100kg,
3 x 140kg,
3 x 160kg,
1 x 180kg (with a stop)

Cable machine pulldowns:

3 x 15/70-90kg

Dumbell curls:

3 x 12

Ab's on a incline:

3 x 12

End of the week with a slight ache on the upper back. Confused
