Right, the over reaching block is over. Dont think I quite over did it as much as I could of....oh well lifts are going well. Break things up now, deload and have my last heavy squat sess on the 11th. Grin

I dont know, I expect 230kg to feel pretty heavy Tongue Im hitting the partials now to get used to it then once I've gone to limits full range beltless i'll add the belt and keep going etc Grin
