great stuff brad! 3s pause with 190 beltless must be a chunk over 200 there then without a pause and an easy 500lbs belted

I dont know, I expect 230kg to feel pretty heavy Im hitting the partials now to get used to it then once I've gone to limits full range beltless i'll add the belt and keep going etc
