UK mate, but my wife has relatives in Belleville and was over there back in the summer. Trained with Bob Walt at Apollo if you have heard of him (quite a way from your neck of the woods)

Crikey, Kim Mitchell/Max Webster are from Sarnia. Probably before your time.

Hell no they arent before my time! (well, they might be, but they Mitchell still plays a free concert every year at Rib Fest, along with April Wine)
Are you from around here too? Or just a big Kim Mitchell fan haha

Sadly not from there and still waiting to make it over to the East side of Canada.
We were discussing Canadian music on here a little while back. Yeah, big Kim Mitchell fan - very underrated guitarist. I liked his stuff with Max Webster more, I love 'Universal Juveniles' especially, his solo stuff went a little mainstream for my tastes. I'm a massive Rush fan still (they did most of their early gigs around Sarnia). I liked April Wine, Rik Emmett/Triumph back in the late 70s, too.
