182.5 (he wanted 180 but I loaded 182.5 for obvious reasons)
150x5 as a drop down, before which he said he was wanting 3
You may want to congratulate him on Friday if he is in

I will be happy to. He certainly deserves it
By the by I have decided to reset all my pbs to zero. Everything now is post-retirement. The past is forgotten, I have started again

A sensible approach and one I endorse

Thank you
After 111 weeks of working from home, numerous lockdowns, and two plus years of generally being f**ked about it would have been a wise move. Retirement only served to reinforce that

4 for me today
I'm interested as to whether we had the same word or not today following the difference earlier in the week
Did your word contain vowels?

Friday, 11th November, start 15:30
Deadlift, squat boots on
60 x 3
60 x 3
60 x 3
80 x 3
100 x 3
120 x 3
140 x 3
150 x 2
160 x 2
170 x 1
180 x 1
190 x 1
200 x 1
Not as straightforward as it seems, but when is it ever ?
The 180 was peach but the 190 was hard, mainly as I allowed it to get away from me at the start, the 200 was easier as I had it close at the start but somehow managed to let it get away from me at the knees. Both would have passed in comps but technically the 180 was far and away the best lift

Strange. Maybe you've been shifted to a harder level of Wordle because of your prowess.

2 vowels in mine too. There are explanations online about why there are differing words at times, but none seem to match the frequency that has been mentioned here over the previous few days.
