Practice mate, you actually look very well rehearsed so just keep trying

If you lack confidence this will help with repetition

Other than that it looks as explosive and dynamic as a lifters

well ive been doing strongman about 2.5years ish

started jerking probably about a year ago.. maybe.
ive gone between split jerks and power jerks found that split jerks dont help my log so ive tryed to keep with a power jerk,
i know it looks like a split jerk but its how ive started doing it recently cause it helps we stabalise, so whatever you want to call it, the reason i dont call it a split is cause i can do a 'proper' split and this isnt it.

the only stuff i do is squat dl overhead snatch and powerclean really and a few accessory stuff
