The Crossfit KingPin Member 941, 1810 posts SQ 230, BP 130, DL 285645.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | well ive been doing strongman about 2.5years ish started jerking probably about a year ago.. maybe. ive gone between split jerks and power jerks found that split jerks dont help my log so ive tryed to keep with a power jerk, i know it looks like a split jerk but its how ive started doing it recently cause it helps we stabalise, so whatever you want to call it, the reason i dont call it a split is cause i can do a 'proper' split and this isnt it. the only stuff i do is squat dl overhead snatch and powerclean really and a few accessory stuff | ||
