After 2 nights drinking decided to do weights in my garage gym not too cold warm up leg exts free standing squat 2x10 lite bnch 3x8 35ks then deads hands over hooked grip 50kx8 70x5 90x3 110x3 120x8 x1+10 shrugs bent rows 70kx6 82x6 92x6 form out on that set .trx feet supported pull ups 3x8 bicep curls to 40ksx2 - abs stretching finish ... finished pouring with sweat ; on deads should have got 120ks x 10 . having a break till thurs Happy Happy HappyHappy Happy

I did a 65 dumbell and a 350 raw yoke. Love training this time of year

27th dec feel rough started developing a cold over xmas-got shopping decided to train bench anyway

garage gym 35ks x 10 55x5 65x5 75x5 85x3 85x4 ( not trying hard enough 1st time) 105x5 just from stands back to 86ksx3

quite pleased with that considering, hope to feel a bit better by Friday least this cold seems to have curtailed my xmas drinking somewhat...

deadlift hands front no straps 50kx10 70x5 100x5 125x5 135x6 135x1-12shrugs
bicep curls 10k x 10 20x5 35x5
trx rows 2x8
abs stretch plank to finish - bike ride
not bad considering recovering from cold + had a drink last nt pleased with deads getting used to hands front hooked now feel better n mixed grip .Happy new year

abs stretch bike ride still not quite over cold so not bad

will probably be having a good drink tomor ( contradiction in terms ) lucky to still be on the planet really- hopefully many more workouts...

abs stretching 5 mins deads going ok if i get to 170k x 6 by the autumn might compete in uk masters glasgow december BDFPA ive talked about it enough in M6 over 65s
