Gonna start a training log on here and post some vids of my notable lifts, gonna try a bit more volume to try and pack some size on over winter in preperation for the British Squad session n 1st February 2014:

Current 1rm's @ 20 years old, and 130kg bodyweight (unequipped): Squat 265kg, Bench: 165kg, Deadlift: 277.5kg (all in comp)

Bench (long comp pauses) 2 x 125kg x 10r
Bench press paused 1 inch off chest for 3 seconds: 2 x 120 x 8r
Incline dumbbell press paused on chest for 2 seconds: 4 x 50kg's x 8r
Bench press: 1 max rep out set on 110kg with feet up, slightly wider grip, 18reps
Dips: 4 sets bodyweight x 12r, 1 set assisted(less 15kg) x 20reps
Lat pulldown: 4 x 12r
Rear delt fly's: 4 x 12r

Squat 3 x 180kg x 8r
Pause squat: (no belt) 5 x 150 x 5r (3 second count pause)
Stiff leg deadlift: 8r x 140kg, 160kg, 170kg
Step up's (approx 2.5ft bench): 3 x 80kg x 6r each leg
Leg ext (light to stretch off a bit): 3 x 12r
Chins (bodyweight) 3s x 8r, 1 s x 7r, 1 s x 5r
