Entertaining the idea of reps=gainz, how many smash on the chest reps=a paused comp PB? Or how many parallel or just in squats equals a below parallel comp squat? What about deadlifts? | Flippin bars? I wonder what the good people darn south must be thinking reading this. Someone has flipped, throwing around weights like this. Its alright if you want to bounce squats, your calves will feel like a rottweiler had a go at them, But throwing weights like this is highly irresponsible not to mention what gyms would do if they found out. | |||
