its the cube method for strongman, all raw too. I pull fast up to 260kg after that it starts to slow down. but doing speed pulls with a weight i can clean just felt stupid to me. | |||

I have started doing speed work on deads and squats. the program im running suggests using 50% of max for speed work, this would mean speed deadlifts for example done with 150kg?? what percentage of max do people use for speed work if any? | |||
