Bit of back today .bent over rows 60kx8 100kx8 140x6 180x6(straps on last 2 sets)
lat pulldown various grips worked up to 2 sets of stack for 10,9 reps
tbar row 50kx5 75x5 100x5 125 x5
Then superset with widegrip chins and dumbell rows .
Now for chicken roast Grin

Cant put heels on floor only 5"9 with an arse the size of Rick "Grizzly"Brown this is a GBPF fed.

Any powerlifters out there reckon these are passable lifts i.e anything that a ref would penalize me on . First time trying it this way normally touch and go.

No events today so decided to try paused bench for the first time as i am thinking of entering my first GBPF bench comp in march will add vids later so if anyone has any advice or critisism i.e whether or not lift would be pass or fail it would be appreciated

Thought i would practise some axle cleans not from the belt straight up to sternum then flick to collar bone chalked gut and ready to go 71x6 cleans 111x6 cleans 121x4 cleans 141x2 151fail 151fail 151fail Need to practise working bar up body and timing of flick of wrist , couple more months and i will get these flowing good .Next decided to try stict press as i never ever do these and everyone else does! normal oly bar in power rack 50k x5 80x 5 110x5 140x1 150x1 slooooooww PB very pleased and apart from last slow grinder everything was easy(ish)
