Bar is 22.5kg 40kg of chains plus bar weight below 72x5 92x5 112x5 142x2 152x2 162x2 172x2 142x3 Back stuff then cardio to finish. The cambered bar felt very nice to use and I will use it more often. Heaviest set was 212kg at the top. | |||

Your back angle is very flat which I don't think is the most economical position to be in. Also as others have said your lockout is very soft - at these sorts of weighs you should be pounding the bar. Maybe bringing your heels in and keeping the toes pointed out more will help mobilise your glutes - this worked for me. But what do I know! | |||
