» bands for shoulder rotations? (Go to post) | 03-06-2010 @ 07:28
morning all, a few people mentioned that doing internal and external shoulder rotations would help build muscle that would alleviate pain when benching. i have been looking on strengthshop and was wondering what bands would be best for this? cheers

I've tried my best to love bench, but it screws my shoulder as a result of many dislocated shoulders from rugby. dont want to compromise my overhead work!

Haha perhaps mate, I f**king hate bench so maybe strongman is the way to go! Need to find somewhere that has equipment. More than willing to give it a go!

I'm amazed how people still believe their s**te! They make so many ridiculous claims. I've also taken the second step and got a rack and oly weights as the gyms near me are crap. Full of mens health retards that dont know a deadlift from a squat.

Hello men of sugden, been reading the articles and forum for a few days and thought i'd join up as it looks like a great site full of cracking info. Having now realised all my lifts are poo compared to the general majority, i'm currently training for a GBPF meet in the winter. I used to follow all the crap from mens health etc but more recently (about 3 months ago) started a 5x5 programme and have seen some good gains. Is this the best sort of programme to follow for a powerlifting meet? Cheers |
