shoulders 14/4/10 log press 60 kg x 3 80 kg x 1 90 kg x 1 105 kg x 1 prity easy just practising my technique im im new to log training 1 arm barbell snatch 40 kg x 1 50 kg x 2/2 60 kg x 1/1 63.5 kg x 1/1 pb with the right arm. powercleans 110 kg x 2 not to failure juest practising 60 kg x 10 full cleans with the front squat again just working on form muscle snatchs (first time doing these) 60 kg x 3 80 kg x 1 85 kg x 1 90 kg x 1 prity easy will do 95 kg next week ok average day. only plus was the one arm snatch pb with the right arm. I would like to get 65kg withen a month, but progress is always slow on the one arm snatchs. Like the muscle snatchs however possibly the s**test form any where in the world. | |||

Post Edited: 30.05.2012 @ 08:54 AM by granty This seems a decent place to start a journal, plenty of strong chaps round here so here goes.Stats: 21 y/o male 5 foot 9 97 kg prity fat (mostly arse) best bench : 180 kg touch and go, 172.5 kg paused raw. best deadlift : 260 kg, but have done 250 x 4 so maybe higher. raw. best squat: 220 kg wrapped ATG no belt. raw front squat ~ 170 kg wraps + belt strict militery press ~ 115 kg heres some videos of my best lifts: bench press 140 kg x 9 after 180 x 1 deadlift 250 kg x 4 squat 220 kg squat |
