good session front squats too light went heavier on bench because comps coming up.

tonights training
axle floor to oh 75 secs

happy with these last couple of sets were just to work on speed also need to change hands quicker when i get the axle to my stomach because wasting so much energy

Good bit of training there but watch you don't do too much pressing and burn yourself out before the comp.
