You done 2 sets with the 110 farmers holds and it's a 92kg stone(every kilo counts ). I hate to bum you up but thats the best I've seen you training! Your still a c**t though.

Aye that's as good as it gets from me. Now eat plenty and rest up for the comp next week. I'm going to be practicing my "NO LIFT" all week.
