All last reps paused for a 3-4count

Dead pin press floor
140kg 3reps 5sets

Dumbell press
3x10 47.5kg

3 phase tricep ext narrow/med/wide
15 reps of each 45 reps total

2 sets of 15 ytwl

Surprised myself today tbh dare I say 165 was easier than I expected.

And here comes the karma.
Deadlift.
Recovery from squats took longer than expected so should have chosen a lighter load live b learn.
Worked up to 230 x1 which stalled at the knee but I locked it out still so knew I was in trouble with 240x2 got to my knees and that was that.even the speed work felt to heavy,so im knocking training on the head for a few days enjoy some holidays with the kids.hopefully look at working heavy triples from 75% maybe.

Felt good considering I've had 3 sessions off.

Little.but of stretching deads and squats in crisis,hoping it's a blip.

Lol thanks guys.

Trouble is at the gym I go to you lock the door behind you so I'm always mindful...if things go to s**t I could be in real trouble, hopefully there will be someone there next Monday I may try 172.5 x5

So you let the weight rest on the cliffs of you hand thumbs not around the bar kind of bencher? Scary if true I seen videos of benches slipping. Is your arch good?

Looking good mate, loads of great sessions. Your bench is going mental right now.

I get recovery issues from deads as well, it's one of the reasons I tend not to push it with them. If I hit a hard deadlift session I won't be on top for for about 2 weeks. However, squats I can hit them hard everyday and it make not difference.
