All sorts of issues could not keep my arse on the bench it was a lower and narrower bench.git to address this if I'm going to do a comp! Any tips greatfully received,

Dips don't want to talk about it.
All in all a bit shabby feeling under the weather using a s**t bench just added to the misery lol on a plus I'm expecting my mad dogg slingshot over the next few day ,should help with some overloading Happy

Still have blocked ear and chesty cough gotta be 6th week now really starting to l piss me off :/

Ok so Bpress day 132.5 x9/132.5x8 / 132.5 x9/ so I was going to go 135,but as I could complete the sets thought I'd repeat it but as you can see it's much the same as last week.starting 8s next week,
Slingshot Maddog first outing 160kx5 3 sets nice and easy to start although training without a spotter to hand over is anything but easy.
Incline press 3x8@100k
Dips Amrap 3 sets all in all not a bad day but could do better,

Deadlift day:
All deads are done without a belt.
So 2x2 @ 220 was dreading it as last week felt really slow but was suprised used straps on my last set the bars don't seem to have much gnurling.
Quarter squats 3x10@100k
Bent over row 3x10@100k
Wide lat pull down3x12
Single arm row 3x12
Leg press 3x10 290k
Just finding motivation trying not to go heavy and enjoy what I'm doing for a bit.

Didn't like my form so going to drop weight a little a pause longer and lower.butt didn't leave seat though.
OHP strict 85x8 3sets
Incline DPress 3x10@ 30k
Single arm shoulder press dbell
3x10 3sets
Front delt raise 3x10 17.5k
Side delt raise 3x10 @12.5k keeping light with these.
Pull down horizontal row 3x12
3 Phase tricep pull down 3x10
Good workout for me nice and comfy.

Top to bottom paused deads (pause @ mid shin) leg press 3x15@200 quad focused
Leg ext 3x10
Calve machine 3x10

Yeah this 250 seems to be elusive so far just changed tack slightly useing prelipens table dont think I spelt it right lol

Mate I agree with every you said I think everyone needs to speak up .I'd also say that the pm resignation is pretty much evedent of a tooth in the hand of the establishment lol.

Nice workout today ,thinking about doi g seated versions of front delt/side delt and Single arm shoulder press not sure yet .

Well, I am enjoying it all to be honest. These weeks, if nothing else have exposed the gap between the politicians and the voters.
