thanks boys,jus put it down to a bad day,the weight is ok,jus balance,an confidence went after 1st attemt...stones felt good ben,but on last set my head went,just wasnt init tbh.u did well today mate,tech on block was good,im sure u will press it soon.

nah mate...u did tidy 2day.....your just mega competitive like all of us i guess.....2 press that block is great achievement mate....3 guys in last year welsh open's failed it!!...its not easy....u did it at 92kg!strong mate! u were sore 2day as u said so that didnt help with frame but u still walked with a heavier weight then comp frame weight....& your stones seemed strong 2.....positive session in my opinion....u b a big force at weight soon now mate just bare with it!

Thanks phill,I am glad I got tha block up,and stones felt good,and fast...head wasn't quite init today....ur block was sick mate,realy good...and ur frame was qwik...defo guna smash it next week

thanks bud,yea made sum 2weeks ago...similar to urs...then i put 2more layers with rubber matting on top...put the on gen buls**t thread,but dont knw how tp upload photos

getting consistantly strong in squats and deads mate. similar to my sesh iswell apart from the numbers lol

70kg x10 first 6reps strick

Dumbell press from floor
50kg x2 in each hand
Repeated this,niggled my left elbow so left it there on db

With lack of access to the block, I was thinking of taping plates together. What plates did you use? Good session mate.

two 25kg and one 20 taped 2 plates around the edges then 2 rows aceoss and then taped that to the other 25. its realy akward because its so wide compared to the block cant get as much of a good grip on i ether

as ben said lol...thanks mate,first session we had on block was ok,made a mess ov tha 100kg last week....wish i started doin them a while back...really good for practise,it is quite awkward....
