They may not be "box squats" now I think about it, but all squattings is good squattings... And these can only help for overall strength for strongman imo

Although I had aims at making national finals this year I think the participation is too high to be able to make any predictions now or indeed judge progression from specific placings

If my year is as fun and varied as last year I will be happy

Oh and jumped on the sunbed after my session to help relax my back, added voltarol with my tea too

Yeah sure I will jerk 200kg if you like, just got to shake this dead leg off first

Circus tricks are fun!

I'm satisfied with this weeks training, I got in five times and did s little bit every session which was worthwhile

I want to start putting up videos to make things more attractive and interesting to make up for the distinct lack of increased poundages
