Yeah sure I will jerk 200kg if you like, just got to shake this dead leg off first Circus tricks are fun! I'm satisfied with this weeks training, I got in five times and did s little bit every session which was worthwhile I want to start putting up videos to make things more attractive and interesting to make up for the distinct lack of increased poundages I hope you're well mate! | ||
