Todays training as OSG (Saturday 7th august 2010):
Massive crew as OSG - smalls, kenny, shane, richards, JC, boar, martin, trav, kev and loads of others whos names escape me
Deadlift
60kg/5
80kg/5
100kg/3
120kg/1
150kg/1 Belt on
170kg/1
190kg/0 Think the lack of squats due to my knee held me back on this
192.5kg/0 No idea why I tried this
yoke with martin- taught him some technique and then shane came along and corrected it
60kg/30m
140kg/30m,30m,30m Breathing hard after these
200kg/10m,10m Second one gave me a very sore back - which im still suffering with
6" log press
52kg/3,3
12" log press
62.5kg/1
72.5kg/1 PB
12" log clean and press each rep
62.5kg/4 Saw smalls do this and thought it was a good idea. It was. Shame I tried for five and smacked my head then dropped it
Stones
103kg to 54"/0 Boar shouted at me to hug the stone in tighter
93kg to 54"/1
103kg to 54"/1 lovely
Back was hurting so left it at that. Really noticing the lack of leg work/event training, was better at yoke a month ago.
Also got to see the state of mark cleggs bicep. Not very nice at all.

30kg/5
40kg/3
50kg/1
60kg/1
70kg/1

50kg/3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3
neutral pull-ups
0kg/5,5,4,4,2
CGBP

92.5kg/1 PB, nearly went for 90 but kenny and shane told me matching PBs caused cancer. wish I had gone for 95 as I reckon I could have had it-didnt have a spotter so didnt risk it. Lost my line on it a bit but was quite fast.
Jumps me from 499 on the league to 492. I remember when I was 460. Boo
