OK. We've all seen the sales pitch, the hype, the blurb. I have to go along with it, Girls Aloud are indeed the most anabolic musical band in the world. I have supported them just as they have supported me, but I cant help feeling just a little more tired after heavy ones nowadays. Recovery isnt what it used to be. Muscletone, Libidoo, general feeling of well being. All seem to be just that bit down. I've thought long and hard about diet, lifestyle etc and I can only conclude that the girls are no longer pulling their weight. It started going off the boil when Cheryl got married. I feel she just didnt have the same enthusiasm for my training, and although the rest of them rallied round it was over. I knew it.
Like a ship without direction I have been drifting through workouts. Grabing the odd PB here and there, but nothing by way of a definate direction.
Anyway, fortunately the XFactor is back, and I see a glimmer of 'Hope' for restoring the days of legstrength glory. Guys and Gals, meet HOPE
