Good to get down to Adlington again and train with Boar, Rob and Hayden. Enjoyable session was a lot of fun! Pleased to be squatting again no sign of the back trouble touch wood, and form felt a bit better too.

Hopefully should be able to make it down more now, took just under 45 mins to get that fairly straight forward so it was easier than i thought.

Those squats were pearlers mate seriously, they looked so easy too - I reckon you could be squatting 200 within 6 weeks *if you wanted to*.

Good to see you again, hope you can make it down more in future!

Cheers Rob, yeah i was pleased with them actually fooking hard work though.

Got to hit the traps baby. Had a nice chat with Rob before on msn, pity there isnt a bulls**t filter on there to block some of the crap he comes out with, mainly words like 'bodyweight' 'bench' 'plus' 'band' 'bodyweight king' Grin Tongue anyway resulted in a nice friendly bet on biggest bench by xmas Happy .

Good sesh with Rob and Boar. I was a bit pissed off with how hard the 135 squats were but as Rob said i need to get used to some grinding heavy squats. Hard bloody work! I love some of the machines at Adlington especially the Shrug thing Grin and the Row machine!
