Thanks very much. I’m a meaty 111 kilos right now (compared to 104 ish a year ago). That’s helping the squat gains!

Bench press dead stop to pins near chest level:
120 x 10,10,8,1F
5:00 rests. Final set was like 30 seconds after the 8 repper
Incline:
Had some soreness in the left delt so will give shoulders and incline bench a rest for a few weeks
Flat bench press:
120 x 5 so easy
130 x 1
140 x 1
Admittedly this was T&G but the 140 flew
Chest press machine:
Up to 70 kg a side for 6,6

Took 2 weeks off shoulders due to delt pain
High incline barbell press:
60 x 4
Getting pain in the left delt again. This exercise clearly doesn’t agree with me 😥 which is a shame
High incline paused DB press:
40 x 10
42 x 10
44 x 10
46 x 10
Good. Not been that heavy in a long time
