Well I benched 125 last August, didn't go heavier than 117.5 x 2 until May when I tried 120 for a single and it was a maximal effort.
I will bench 125 again soon though... hopefully before you do

why not? and yes, you may well do that. il be on 130 first though. maybe i dunno actually i just said that with no evidence that i actually would

I think the 125 I did ages ago was just a really good day for me, and I've spent more time on my mil press to be fair.

real men done even need to press because theyre too busy deadlifting. i suppose i cant really lecture you on that with your 250kg deadlift though. there was a point when you were on 200 and i was on 210, so youd better remember that! or not, i dont know which works better in my favour

70 kg x 5
90 kg x 5
107.5 kg x 5 (=PB)
107.5 kg x 5
107.5 kg x 5 (spotter tapped the bar at the top but I had it)
107.5 kg x 4 fail 5
107.5 kg x 4
Volume PB
Wasn't expecting to fail 5 x 5 @ 107.5 given how easy 105 was last week and I even got a 6th rep on last set.
Squat:
70 kg x 5
100 kg x 5
125 kg x 5
150 kg x 5
175 kg x 5 PB
185 kg x 1 = PB
190 kg x 1 PB
Pleased with 175 x 5, and the first 3 reps were pretty fast considering the weight. 190 was heavy but not on the limit, (i.e. I didn't bar speed wasn't zero just after parallel, and I didn't have to scream)
220 kg x 1 Walkout
This is my last ever session in the uni gym, I'd always wanted to bench the 50 kg bells, but never really tried.
DB bench:
20 kg x 5
37.5 kg x 5
50 kg x 1 assisted rep and fail 2nd rep :P
Was pressing out the 2nd rep and the DB just moved outwards, so I dropped it before I wrecked my rotator cuff
