I thought it was time to start a new journal. My last journal saw me from my first comp in 2012 and my 460kg total to my most recent one last weekend where I totalled 737.5kg
This journal should hopefully see me increasing my total to hopefully being one of the better lifters around!
Current gym pbs:
Squat 285kg
Bench press 180kg
Deadlift 300kg
Comp pbs:
Squat 280kg
Bench press 172.5kg
Deadlift 290kg
My next comp will be in April for the GPC GB Scottish qualifier
