managed to get a quick one in today before me first night so probably be falling all over the place tonight tring to stay awake lol

got my form done for the manchester one too mate, you got any ideas on how to train for the shield carry?

i will be taking to the streets out side my house with two stands and a scafolding bar load it up on the stands at about the bottom of my rib cage pick it up with same grip as zercher squats and walk with it. also i have tried putting a very large cardboard tube around the bar this makes it very hard on ur biceps hope this helps

garden today dont no wots going on with my log thought it would increase faster now i can use it all the time.

tried strapping an old tri-bar to my makeshift stone(its a 25litre bottle filled with concrette 55kg)to make two loading pins it sort of worked the bars bent and when i binned it later on carring it all the strapping broke gonna get some stronger stuff for next week.
