I have a spanking new / unused YOGA dvd (essential guide to yoga) marks and spencer - 3 hrs long9 sections
anyhoo, anyone want it for nowt ? mabie give it your inflexible wife for christmas ?
I used to love yoga and 'got into it' in my usual all or nothing way
(if no-one wants it i will remove post and fling DVD at the next fatty i see)
The wifes got a copy of 'pump it' the Deanne Berry (call on me - Eric Pritz vid) keep fit vid. It's not for sale but great for knocking one off if ever the Turnermator lets me down.
